We’re a UK video production company founded by creatives who know the power of storytelling through video.
We help brands, companies, local authorities and charities Tell It Better by transforming complexity into simplicity. With over a decade of experience in corporate video production, we have the insight, knowledge and experience that comes from successfully delivering hundreds of projects.
Video Production services overview
There are plenty of benefits to using custom video production in your marketing strategy. Numerous studies show that the majority of people prefer to learn from a video versus text, and that they will retain the information for longer when learning from a video. We offer a range of video production services to help you Tell It Better to your audience.
Live-Action Filming
We’re experts in animation, but sometimes stories need to be told by people, or in places. For times where a live-action film is the way to go, we’ll work with you and our award-winning production team to organise locations, crew, props, actors, and anything else you may need to tell the story.
Video Editing & Post Production
Whether we’re using animated graphics or live-action film, we know how to build a narrative with storytelling through video. There needs to be tension and relief. Character arcs need to be established and resolved. Storytelling - no matter the subject or source - is a muscle we’ve grown over the years. Post-production is what we do best.
Storyboarding & Scriptwriting
Everything we do will have a storyboard. It acts as a blueprint for your project, showing exactly what’s going to happen and when. Our video script writing specialists can develop a script for you, or help to enhance something you may already have. We know how to write for the screen, making sure there’s narrative, emotion, story, and a strong call to action.
Animated Video Production
Some stories are best told through animation. You may have something that’s difficult to film, very complex to explain, or come with compliance or legal difficulties. Being a dedicated animated video production company, we’re biased, but we believe animation is perfect for brand video creation.

The process: How we work
When it comes to live-action filming, no statement is truer than ‘fail to plan, plan to fail’. So many variables need to be accounted for to make the shoot as smooth, efficient and stress-free as possible. That’s why we’re ISO 9001 certified. Our rock solid process has been tried and tested, so our clients know we’ll deliver.
1. Brief & Strategy
We work with briefs of all shapes and sizes, so regardless of where you’re starting from, we’ll work with you to shape your who, what, where, when, how and why. We’ll create a video marketing strategy that identifies goals, challenges, objectives and opportunities so we know that we’ve hit the mark.
2. Production
Production depends on what we need to create. From pre-production tasks like shot lists, call sheets, script writing and storyboards through to post-production tasks like editing, sound design, voiceovers, subtitles and much more. Our process is designed to take small steps forward towards the end goal.

What types of businesses do you typically work with?
Since we established in 2019, we’ve turned our hands to a variety of projects spanning different sectors and industries. There are two types of business we tend to work with. This isn’t a hard and fast rule, nor a requirement, but we have a long list of projects where we’ve added value to these businesses. One type of business we work with is a large organisation that needs help with internal employee communications. The other type of business we work with is typically medium to large, but we do work with smaller businesses and startups. These businesses are looking for help to explain an aspect of their business. It might be marketing a product or a service, or it could be explaining their company vision, values or ethos through brand video creation.
How long does a typical video production project take from start to finish?
We’re yet to find a ‘typical’ video production project! Everything we do is completely different and unique to the brief and requirements for that individual project. Even when working with the same company, what we’re asked to produce varies greatly. We’ve built a reputation on turning around high quality work in a short timeframe. Generally, the amount of time we need to produce a project doesn’t change too much, as there is a minimum production process for us. The way we can condense timelines and create work quicker is by reducing the amount of amendments and time for deliberation between each step in our process. However, every video content marketing project is completely unique, so if you have something in mind, please don’t hesitate to drop us an email or give us a call. We’ve been doing this for over a decade, so we can get to an accurate estimate pretty quickly.
Can you help with developing a video marketing strategy?
We believe strategy is one of the most important aspects to any successful project. We can create the most visually stunning, powerful and emotive piece of video, but if it’s targeting the wrong audience, or speaking to them in the wrong place, it’s never going to work properly. We’ll work together at the start of the project to make sure the strategy makes sense, and the outcome is tailored to that strategy.
Do you offer remote video production services?
As of 2022 we became a UK video production company with a completely remote working culture. We found it worked perfectly for our employees and clients. Some of our services, especially with live-action video, can only be delivered in person (which might seem obvious!), but all of our post-production work takes place remotely. No expensive edit bay fees, or fancy city centre offices to pay for, just maximum creativity delivered at maximum value.
How do you handle unexpected challenges during a live-action filming shoot?
While we can’t plan and mitigate against the unexpected due to its very nature, we do plan and assess for the most common challenges we see. When we encounter a new challenge we add it to our list to ensure we plan against it happening in the future. All of our crew, directors and producers have years - if not decades - of experience. So if we encounter something unexpected, chances are, someone has dealt with it before.
How do you ensure that the video aligns with our brand identity?
We have a long background of working with companies with strict brand guidelines and strong identities. We know how to get the best from your video marketing strategy without diluting your brand, always looking for ways to innovate without breaking the boundaries. We’ve worked in design for decades in multiple different disciplines, so we’ve turned our hands to everything from exhibition stands to websites to branding, before specialising in video production and brand video creation. Because of this, we know how to work with brands, as we’ve designed quite a few!
Can you create videos optimised for different social media platforms?
Absolutely. Having a social media deliverable is one of the most common requests when working in video content marketing. It’s important to know this at the start in our briefing process so we can ensure we’re capturing any specific content we might need for social. In the edit and post-production phase we’ll produce tailored videos that are designed to work for different social platforms. Typically this is done by adding subtitles, designing different sizes and lengths, and considering the styling of the video.
What's your approach to creating engaging storylines for corporate videos?
There are some fundamentals for storytelling, regardless of whether it's a corporate video production or not. You need to have tension and release. You need to establish and resolve character and narrative arcs. We also look at how we structure the information so that if someone only watches 25% of the video, they have the most important information.
How do you handle revisions and feedback during the production process?
The production process will be broken down into various stages, for example, script writing, storyboarding and rough cut, to name just a few. At each stage, we will have a short presentation to talk you through what’s been done and why. Then depending on the timeline, we leave you to assess for a period of time so you can digest and confer with any other stakeholders. If there’s feedback and revisions need to be made, we’ll incorporate them, and then re-present. Our process is designed to work in small steps, each building on the last.
Do you provide services for ongoing video content creation?
Yes - often we work with companies who need some level of volume or frequency to their custom video production needs. This might be working through a suite of products that need consistent, high quality video marketing materials. It could be creating a certain number of videos in a period of time to build momentum on social media. The good news is that in video production there are scales of economy. Generally, the number of videos will bring down the cost per video, meaning that on-going services are a great way to get huge value from your project.
What equipment do you use for live-action filming?
We have a wide range of kit, and access to lots more, meaning we can flex to the needs of the project. If you need something specific, or would like to speak to us further about what you think you may need, don’t hesitate to drop us a message or a call.
Can you create videos that comply with specific industry regulations?
We often work with companies that have strict compliance departments and legal requirements. If you have, or think you might have, this as an aspect of your project, we’ll work with you in the briefing stage to see how we can structure the project in the most efficient way. We’ve found great success in the past with our corporate video production projects by increasing pre-production work (like storyboards) to get initial approval and sign off, to mitigate against costly re-shoots, or lots of capture that ultimately can’t be used.
How do you measure the success of a video production project?
For us, success is delivering the project on budget and on time - this is an absolute fundamental to any project of ours. For you, success can have a wide range of forms. If you’re looking to produce a brand video that increases brand awareness and perception, then it’s quite difficult to measure. If you’re advertising via paid social media, then it’s very straightforward to understand if your video has hit your KPIs. We’ll work with you at the start of any project to understand what success looks like.
Do you offer translation or localisation services for international audiences?
Yes, we often produce videos with a variety of languages in the subtitles to help global audiences understand your message. We can work with supplied translations or source translations for you.
What's your process for selecting voice-over artists?
We have a large roster of extremely talented voice actors covering a wide range of accents. We’ll advise creatively on what we think would work best, but we also work with any requirements you may have. We’ll always provide a shortlist of options for you to choose your preferred voice. We can source niche and specific voices you may require through our established network of talent.
How do you price your video production services?
There is no one price for our services - everything we make is completely custom to the requirements of that particular project. Typically we’re pricing on the complexity of the project and the length of time to deliver it. Something quite simple in nature will need a bigger team to deliver it quicker, which is reflected in needing a bigger budget. If you have something in mind and you’d like to understand more about the cost involved, don’t hesitate to reach out. We have over a decade in pricing projects so we’ll be able to give you a ballpark estimate pretty quickly.
Can you integrate existing brand assets into the videos you produce?
Absolutely. Our post-production team are extremely well versed in working with brands with existing assets and in most instances it makes our lives easier (and reduces the budget required) as there’s no need to create new assets. We also have a talented design team that can work with adapting existing assets, or the creation of new assets, depending on the level of custom video production you need.
What's the difference between your storyboarding and scriptwriting processes?
Script writing is words on paper. We’re looking through supplied materials, capturing important information and then distilling or simplifying it. Once we have a rough outline of what’s being said, in what order, we can start to look at storytelling through video. Finally we look at structuring so that the most important information is said at the start.
Storyboarding is typically sketches. We’ve got the story, the script, the words. Now we’re defining what the best visuals are to translate that message onto the screen. We typically create two versions of a storyboard - a sketch and a final. In the sketch, we’re quickly getting ideas down, understanding flow, and deciding visually how to tell the story. Once that’s refined and approved, we’d work up the higher quality version, creating any assets we may need, sourcing stock or footage, and giving the full blueprint of everything we need before we head into post-production.
How do you handle interviews or testimonials in your live-action videos?
We believe that authenticity comes from comfort. Our team has extensive experience in creating relaxed environments, giving interviewees a sense of ease so that they can speak naturally. We use a mixture of spontaneous questions and pre-scripted responses to give us maximum flexibility in the edit. This provides a genuine, thoughtful and relatable response which the audience can buy into and get behind.
How do you stay updated with the latest trends in video production and marketing?
In our hearts, we’re video nerds. We fell in love with the silver screen, title sequences and brilliant storytelling. We’re constantly revisiting what’s come before, keeping across what’s on the cutting edge, and looking towards the future. This could manifest as vintage cinema and broadcast shows, the very latest in social media algorithm changes and seeing how our workflow and administrative work can be sped up and made more efficient.
